The ladders are being saved until later.  The process for the ventilators is exactly the same as last week.  In fact I did them all together.

Here are the pictures

Note that one of the syphons hasn't been glued.  It looked as if that one would be easier to glue in place separately.

This fan has been moved forward slightly as it looked a bit daft having a window blocked by a fan.  Don't know if it's historically correct, but it looks better to me.

Note that the quadrant has been moved from the position shown in the magazine.  Again, I'm not sure if it's correct or not, but it looks better.

This is the syphon that was glued in place after the fan had been fitted.

A list of weeks which haven't been completed yet.

56 - a couple of little vents & trunking to fix : The vents have been fitted now, but the trunking will go on after the funnel.
57 - crane pedestals  & hatches to fix : Completed
59 - more crane pedestals : Completed
60 - The little corner pieces on C deck to fit : Fitted
61 - 2 benches to fit after to railing have been fitted and two skylights to be fitted.
63 - haven't done anything to the lifeboats yet
67 - Handrails to fit
68 - Ladders for the crane base pedestals
69 - a couple of the winches still to fit
70 - some ladders still to fit
72 - Still got to fit the lifeboat davit arms to the bases
73 - cranes to assemble
74 - Three tall air intakes to fit : Fitted
74 - Ship's names to paint white.
75 - Fit lookout tower and anchors
77 - Navigation lights and 2 vents to fit
